Each aspect of HFT's work has been started by volunteers and continues with volunteering at the heart of our activities.

Current volunteering roles include, counselling office support, youth volunteer, adult counsellor and children’s volunteer.

  • Induction Pack and Volunteer Handbook
  • Role Description and training specific to your project.

Support

  • Team meetings to plan, share information and support you.
  • Role review to help you in your individual development and overall development of the programme area.

Training

  • You will be encouraged and supported to acquire new skills that will be beneficial and have specific relevance to the projects within our organisation.
